You’ll find Tioga Downs & Casino near the Susquehanna River just west of Nichols, New York. The area is a little more remote than many casinos you’ll find. Nichols offers the casino, racetrack, and golf club, however, so there’s plenty for its guests to do. It’s right on the Pennsylvania border with Waverly about seven miles away.
